Here's the lowdown on Penny:

He's a magician, a psychic, and a traveler.

He can't tell the future; he's telepathic. He can control this power, but he's prone to using it with people he doesn't actually trust. Let me know if you're cool with him reading character thoughts or not.

As a traveler, he's able to teleport, and with the help of a spell, he can take people along. He can also astral project, and in fact, he's only an astral projection currently, as his body was cremated. (It's a long story.)
